Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy; you will have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return as the buyer, with the exception to ( All sales of commissions, personalized items, and special orders are final and are non-refundable).
If your art piece was a custom commission, personalized item (s), or special orders, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions, personalized item (s), and special orders are final. However, if you are truly unhappy as the buyer and/or the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item(s) and include a picture of the damage, All inquiries will need to be emailed to chrissy@chrissysfineart.com.
To start a return, please email us at chrissy@chrissysfineart.com and include your order number and reason in the subject line as follows.
e.g. Request for Return: Order Number 0001 Reason_________.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a notification of approval will not be accepted.

Paintings must be packaged in the same fashion as you received upon arrival. (You may reuse the original packaging). Chrissy's Fine Art LLC will email you the address to return the painting too.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Once Chrissy's Fine Art LLC has received the item back and determines that it is in perfect condition/ or, as depicted in the picture, for an item that was damaged, we will proceed with a refund minus the shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, keep all original packaging as well so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the request for a refund or notification of a damaged item is received, Chrissy's Fine Art LLC will contact you by email within 3 to 4 business days of receiving the request. Chrissy's Fine Art will include in our response on whether or not your request will be approved.
If your request for a refund is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be included in an email. Or if a replacement is available for the same item that had been received damaged will be exchanged for the same item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as commissions, personalized /special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales of commissions, personalized /special orders, or gift cards. Use of our gift cards can be redeemed only at Chrissy's Fine Art. Gift card(s) cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat gift card(s) like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved for exchange, make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer is ultimately responsible for shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and/or damaged item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at chrissy@chrissysfineart.com.
